Magic Notes

      This week was great. Friday was a Teachers Holiday, so we didn't have school. Time is going by way too fast because it felt like I don't remember having TV duty. Anyways, I went on TV for the first time with Deriecka on Thursday. And Miah went with Chad on Wednesday. I watched ISA dance on Monday and Wednesday. And on that Wednesday afterschool, me and Chad made intro. For my Period 1 (Math): We are learning even more integer problems. Period 2 (Science): Now this one, I have low grade due to my notebook being ruined on the wrong day. I can just turn it in, but I can't get full credit, just half on each. Period 3 (Keyboarding): There hasn't been a lot of typing going on, it's just CFA and our Bubble Map. Period 4 (English): We are still doing Embedded Assesment 2 and we did SBA practice tests. Period 5 (Leadership): We put our Magic Notes mailbox on the blue board. And then, we went on our phones. Period 6 (Social Studies): Our seats just changed to face another way, and we received two new students.

      My Highlights of the week are: I went on Ilima CCTV on Thursday, and only made one mistake, which is good because I've never been on a broadcast before. I learned how to make an intro, and the one Chad taught me how to make looked really good. I am keeping up a good grade in my core classes except Science. My Lowlights of the week are: My blogger is acting up, I still can't really post  a picture of my Magic Notes or anything else. My Science grade was lowered because my notebook got wet on INB check day. And I didn't know that, so I wanted to leave my notebook because it'd rip. Another lowlight of my week is that we didn't get our cones out on time during intramurals, and we had to rush. In relation to that, when i was on walkie, i kept forgetting to say 10-4 or answer back in general.

     My lesson of the week is to be more attentive. Being Attentive is important because you won't know what's going on around you. During one of our Intramurals, we weren't paying attention to what was going on and we didn't put up the cones. Neither did we move the soccer goal far enough. If we can't pay attention in class we'll get a bad grade on something if we don't even know what we are doing. There are so many reasons to be attentive, but basically the big reason is you won't know what's going on around you.

     This Magic Note was chosen because of how long, descriptive, and you can tell how much effort was put into this. It'll probably be obvious who wrote this for me once I put the topic of it, and that would be how much potential I have, and how happy the person was when I got into leadership. It was very decorative, and had nice hand righting. It shocked me how long it was compared to the others, but very descriptive and neat. This was very motivational as well, and it made me feel special because I feel like I can be useful in Leadership and wanted. It made me feel great and I was very happy.
